Autoloaders can be divided in to two groups, detachable type which is on the ground (one phase, three phase) and single type which is placed on top of machines’ hopper (one phase). Autoloaders are being used to transfer plastic granules to injection molding machines, blow molding machines and extruders. Using autoloaders can prevent difficulties caused by human loading, factory environmental pollution and dusts due to transferring material by hand. In addition we can adjust the volume and time of suction which results in saving, increasing speed and convenience in feeding the plastic injection machine.

Detachable autoloaders have higher suction power and they are better for granulated materials. In addition detachable auto loaders can transfer the materials from the material storage to the injection molding machine in longer distances due to their higher suction power. Single type auto loader is only used when material storage is near and in short distance from injection molding machine, because it occupies much less space and it can be installed on top of the device.
